Arizona Lemon Law
The Arizona lemon law can be found under the revised Arizona lemon law statues section 44 chapter 1261 to 1267. This is a law that seeks to protect consumers from having lemons. A lemon is a vehicle that suffers severe nonconformity that are hard to repair. The lemon law in Arizona begins by defining the various terms you would expect in a lemon law case. Some of these terms include the following. A purchaser is the person who buys or leases the new vehicle and he is later also referred to as a lemon car owner. The lemon car owner is also called the consumer. The manufacturer or car dealer, is the person who sells the lemon to the consumer. They may manufacturer the vehicle or they may be in a business of importing and assembling the vehicles. Therefore, if you live in Arizona and find yourself stuck with a lemon, you need to know that the law can work for you.
